FACILITY MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES (FMSS)

This contract aims to provide the Department of State (DOS) with contractor personnel to support OBO/OPS/FAC in delivering global facility management services. The Contractor shall supply technically qualified personnel to assist with the operation, maintenance, repair, and technical assessment of DOS facilities worldwide. These services will ensure U.S. Embassy and Consulate facilities are safe, secure, functional, sustainable, and reliable. This effort was awarded as a 100% small business set-aside, Single Award  Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210 (Facility Support Services), the  small business size standard is 47 Million. The estimated period of performance is for one 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods.
