Facility Maintenance Services

Amendment 0001: This solicitation is herewith amended incorporate the following:
1. Incorporate solicitation questions and answers 1 through 7;
2. Schedule a site visit on April 15, 2025, with details and registration instructions on page 4 of this solicitation amendment;
3. Extend the deadline for offeror questions from March 14, 2025 to April 17, 2025; and
4. Extend the proposal submission date from April 1, 2025 to May 2, 2025.

The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract in the third quarter of year 2025. It is anticipated that the contract will be of a base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years.

The scope of work requires the successful contractor to provide personnel, equipment, and all necessary resources for provision of facility maintenance services.
