Facilities Maintenance Services for USDA, AMS, Cotton & Tobacco Program

USDA is awarding a single-award, firm fixed-price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base period of one year, and four (4) one-year option periods for Facilities Maintenance Services for the USDA, AMS, Cotton and Tobacco Program in Memphis, TN. The period of performance for the base year is 10/01/2025 - 07/31/2026.

Award was made to the responsible Vendor whose quotation was determined to provide the best value to the Government, as stated within the solicitation.

Purpose: USDA intends to issue a single-award, firm fixed-price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a five-year period (five one-year Ordering Periods) for Facilities Maintenance Services for the USDA, AMS, Cotton and Tobacco Program in Memphis, TN. The government anticipates issuing the award in late June or early July 2025.
