Purpose: USDA intends to issue a single-award, firm fixed-price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base period of approximately one year, and four (4) one-year option periods for Facilities Maintenance Services for the USDA, AMS, Cotton and Tobacco Program in Lamesa, TX and Lubbock, TX.
