FACILITIES INVESTMENT SERVICES FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND ALTERATION OF HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) EQUIPMENT AT THE PHILADELPHIA NAVY YARD ANNEX AND NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY (NSA), PHILADELPHIA, PA

The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, equipment, and other items necessary to provide the services described in the contract's specifications. Services include providing preventative maintenance of HVAC services, including service orders, inspections, and testing in Philadelphia and Mechanicsburg PA.
