F414 Fan and HPC Blending Set

Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD, hereby give notices of intent to award a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement SPE4A1-23-G-0002. This requirement is for quanity two HPC Blending Sets and Fans for F414 Engine.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES

This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.103-1(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Rhinestahl (CAGE 5QE71) is the OEM's only authorized tooling provider for all variants of GE Aerospace's legacy engine programs to include the F414.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is published for information purposes only.
