The US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) F100 Program intends to issue a sole source ?C?-type contract (named F100 Engine Exchange) to Pratt & Whitney (P&W), a Division of RTX Corporation for a ?no-cost? exchange of property whereby the Government will deliver 51 F100-PW-220 engines to the Contractor, in exchange for the Contractor delivering 13 F100-229 new engine augmentor modules to the Government. A Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) FA8124-RFI-AUG-2026 was posted from 4 August 2026 through 3 September 2026.
