F--WHB Eastern States ORC Pre-solicitation Notice

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.2. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Wild Horse and Burro Off-Range Corral (ORC) support services in multiple separate regions across the Eastern States.

The requirement covers the following separate regions:
140L0126R0001 Region 1: Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina
140L0126R0002 Region 2: Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio
140L0126R0003 Region 3: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi
140L0126R0004 Region 4: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan
140L0126R0005 Region 5: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland
140L0126R0006 Region 6: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina
