The purpose of this amendment is to revise Sections L and M to clarify the proposal submission and evaluation requirements for the IDIQ contract and Task Order No. 0001. Specifically, the amendment clarifies that submission of a proposal for Task Order No. 0001 is not required as a condition for consideration for an IDIQ contract award. Offerors seeking consideration for the IDIQ are required to submit Volumes I, II, and V, while Volumes III and
