F-35 U.S. Air Force Joint Strike Missile (JSM)

The F-35 "Lightning II" Program Office intends to issue a modification to the F-35 Follow on Modernization Block 4 Planning & Systems Engineering Phase II contract N0001919C0010.  This effort completes the technical and programmatic planning, documentation, and design activities leading up to the successful completion of development test complete for the U.S Air Force configured F-35A Joint Strike Missile.

This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only on responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. .... Read More
