F-18 SBAR Upgrade BOA Addition

This notice serves as a pre-solicitation notice for the addition of NSN 4810 017423274, Part Number 2770073-115, Nomenclature: Fluid Pressure Regulating Valve (SBAR) to the five-year strategic sustainment solution (S-3) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-24-G-BN01 with Parker Hannifin Corp (Cage 59211). The addition will support future overhaul and upgrades of the current -114 SBAR configuration in support of a logistic engineering change proposal (LECP). The addition of the -115 SBAR will be for a quantity 836 upgrades and are planned between FY’27 through FY’29. See accompanying Draft RFP for additional details.
