F-15 International Programs Division Base Operations Support (BOS) - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

This contract award pertains to the provision of comprehensive base operating services (BOS) for the F-15 International Program in support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) through the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.

Awarded under a sole-source justification, this contract will run for a base period of one year, plus four  one-year options. The contract utilizes a combination of firm-fixed-price and cost-reimbursement (no fee) line items.

The sole-source award is authorized under statutory authority 15 U.S.C 637, implemented through FAR 6.302-5, which permits exceptions to full and open competition when required or authorized by statute.
