DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a five-year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the manufacture and delivery of the Expeditionary Barrier System (EBS). The EBS is designed for use in expedient force protection barrier construction for expeditionary and austere environments.
