Exchange of Heating System

The project requires the replacement of two existing boiler systems serving a 130 sqm area with a modern Vaillant ecoVIT VKK 226/4 gas condensing unit featuring integrated hot water preparation. The work includes the safe deinstallation and disposal of the old boilers and associated electrical systems, removal of redundant gas connections, and assessment of existing chimney liners for code compliance. The new installation must meet all current German technical codes and standards (including relevant DIN, TRGI, and VDE regulations), and be executed in close cooperation with the district chimney sweeper. Additional requirements include installation of safety and control components, documentation, and a mandatory site visit prior to quotation.
