This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to acquire Ex Libris software to provide the National Defense University with a Unified Library Services Platofrm. This is a sole source action for the provision of the proprietary Ex Libris ALMA and Primo VE and Ex Libris Digital software support, which provides a unified integrated library system, discovery layer software, digital asset management systems (DAMS) and link resolvers from Ex Libris USA, Inc.
