AMENDMENT 0005:

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date until August 13, 2024.

AMENDMENT 0004:

The purpose of this amendment is to answer additional questions from potential offerors, to delete DFARS 252.227-7013 from Section I, and to delete some verbiage under CLIN 0023 regarding unlimited rights.
