Eumeca Scroll Pumps This Statement of Work (attached) outlines the activities required for the procurement, validation, and shipment of seven (7) Eumeca 150 m3/h scroll pumps. The pump was specially developed by Eumeca for use in ITER’s roughing pump system. The pump has been validated by the IO and is a now a commercially available pump from Eumeca.
