Establishment of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to support the H-1 aircraft

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required for evaluation and repair and/or modify the items as specified within this notice. 

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 using FAR part 15 procedures, for the repair of various NIINs (see attached list).
