ESD 26R0018 SOLICITATION

The Military Sealift Command has a requirement for the Operation and Maintenance of the ExpeditionaryTransfer Dock(ESD) vessels. The Contractor must operate and maintain the vessels to support the assigned missions. Thevessels must be operated in a professional manner and maintained in a good operable condition, and must be missionreadyat all times (excluding scheduled maintenance, repair and overhaul periods).
