The Military Sealift Command has a requirement for the Operation and Maintenance of the Expeditionary Transfer Dock(ESD) vessels. The Contractor must operate and maintain the vessels to support the assigned missions. The vessels must be operated in a professional manner and maintained in a good operable condition, and must be mission-ready at all times (excluding scheduled maintenance, repair and overhaul periods).
