Equipment Removal from DLA Distribution Oklahoma City, Ok

Uninstallation, removal, movement, and loading of the four (4) pieces of equipment in accordance with the attached
Performance Work Statement.

The contractor shall coordinate removal date with the on-site POCs: Broderick Hardrick and Lonnie Brooks. DLA
Distribution Oklahoma is a secure government facility. All personnel requesting access to the site are required to
pass a background check and provide proof of US Citizenship. A minimum of two forms of identification are
required for all visitors and delivery drivers requesting access to the site. At least one form of ID must be Real ID
compliant.
