Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.603 (Streamlined solicitation for commercial products or commercial services) and FAR 13.106 (Soliciting competition, evaluation of quotations or offers, award and documentation), the Contracting Officer is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of Equine Radiofrequency Identification Device (RFID) Microchips and Readers (portable handheld scanners and portable wand /stick) for use on the animals that encompass the Wild Horse and Burro Program (WH&BP) under the administration of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Office in Reno, Nevada.
