Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for EPMAR BRAND UNDERLAYMENT. This requirement is a EPMAR Brand Name requirement due to NAVSEA Technical Specification requirements. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
