The Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is the Department of Defense’s (DoD’s) demonstration and validation program for innovative technologies that enhance military readiness, improve installation resilience, and strengthen America’s defense infrastructure. The ESTCP Office is interested in receiving proposals for innovative, cost-effective solutions to address DoD’s most pressing energy security, infrastructure resilience, and sustainment challenges as candidates for funding.
