Enterprise Programs, Infrastructure, and Communications Services (EPICS) II

?????Purpose

This is a pre-solicitation (DSIR) notice for the FAA’s Enterprise Programs, Infrastructure, and Communications Services (EPICS) II procurement. This notice serves the following purposes:

1. Provides the consolidated EPICS II Draft Screening Information Request (DSIR) (also referred to as draft SIR in this notice); and
2. Solicits industry questions, explanations, interpretations, concerns, clarifications, and possible discrepancies associated with the DSIR, including questions associated with potential improprieties in the SIR that are apparent prior to issuance of the final SIR.
