Enhanced Use Leasing Project Eielson Air Force Base

The Department of the Air Force (“DAF”) is accepting proposals for the development of
market facing housing or mixed-use projects (“Projects”). As consideration for leasing its
parcels to developers selected under this RFLP, DAF is seeking cash rent.
