Emsworth and Dashields Locks and Dam Tow Haulage System Replacement Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a project to replace the Tow Haulage Systems at both Emsworth and Dashields Locks and Dam; 0 Western Ave, Emsworth, Pennsylvania 15202 and 100 Dashields Lock Road, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania 15108, respectively. Replacement will be with an Electrically Controlled and Electrically Actuated Counter Torque System that will remain on the same wall of the existing system.
