The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will have multiple CLINS to cover for future potential emergencies on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The standard unit will be one (1) pack/case of twenty-four (24) sixteen point nine ounce or five hundred milliliter (16.9 oz/500ml) bottles of water. Delivery: No later than 72 hours after BPA Order is Place.
