Elevator Inspection and Maintenance

The purpose of this requirement is to provide personnel, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidental supplies to perform monthly inspections and maintenance service for One elevator in Building B (Administration), One elevator in Building G (Publication and Distribution), One elevator in Building 1 (Office Building), One elevator in Building D (Gym and Offices), One stair lift in K-Hallway, One stair lift in the library, One stair lift in Building D, and One pool lift in the pool area for the United States Department of Labor (DOL), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) located at MSHA Academy at 1301 Airport Road, Beaver, WV.
