111 MSG/MSC intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S90QA007, to award without discussions, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for the services to replace the Front Gate LED electronic messaging center sign at Biddle ANG Base in Horsham, PA. The Government intends to select one contractor for this requirement. The basis for award is Best Value between price and non-price factors.
