ANSWER: To clarify, this requirement is NOT a "Brand Name Only." Currently, the Base' current infrastructure uses Okonite. The requested Cable, 15kv, #2 AWG Cu, MV90, must simply meet the specifications / salient characteristics as described in the requirement document.
