Electric Motor Rebuild

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a revision to the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, material, parts, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the repairs of Electric Motors in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) and appendices.

Important Note: All five (5) amendments must be signed and returned along with the offeror response.

The purpose of this amendment (Amendment 0004) is to extend the due date to 31 July 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time. 

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following attachment: PWS Appendix C_Electric Motor Rebuild - Raw Name Plate Data.
