Electric Hull Penetrator (EHP) New Large IDIQ (Level 1/SUBSAFE)

It is the of the Government intention to solicit a contract to manufacture and deliver a max quantity of thirty (30) Electrical Hull Penetrators (EHP). This would be approximately fifth-teen (15) EHPs per year over a 2-year (24 months) duration. An EHP assembly is defined as an EHP and the associated transmitter cable.
