The requirement is for the contractor to provide Active Vehicle Barriers System, Access Control &
Intercom (Maintenance and Repairs services) on El Yunque National Forest (EYNF) at the
following locations:

The El Portal & Catalina is at the U.S. Forest Service, Southern Region, El Yunque National Forest
in Rio Grande, Road 191 at el Portal Visitor center parking area on Rio Grande, P. R. 00721.
Approximated coordinates location area is at: 18°20’18.70” N, -65°45’ 46.85” W.
