Intent to Sole Source to OEM RED FOX ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INC,  2X MSD Eductors

intends to solicit to RED FOX ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INC (CAGE: 06CU5) in support of Military Sealift Command on a sole source basis using simplified acquisition procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed
acquisition will result in a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order with a delivery date of March 10, 2026.

The purpose of this notice is to notify industry of the Government’s intent to sole source to RED FOX ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INC. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation.
