Synopsis Brake Bleeder Valve Protection Cap This synopsis provides notice of Naval Air Systems Command F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office’s (PMA-265) intent to issue a firm fixed price (FFP), sole source, stand-alone contract to Honeywell Aerospace Technologies (3520 Westmoor St., South Bend, IN 46628) for the modification and retrofit of the Brake Bleeder Valve Protective Cap into the F/A-18/EA-18G aircraft weapon systems. This procurement includes the modification of the Brake Bleeder Valve Protective Cap, testing, updated drawings, and procurement of approximately 4,800 caps.
