The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: EasyMax 102 Advanced Thermostat System, software, and installation (Qty 1 Lot). This requirement is sole sourced to Mettler -Toledo AutoChem, Inc. (MT), 6708 Alexander Bell Dr., Columbia, MD 21046. MT is the OEM and only distributor of this system/installation, which is required for compatibility with existing equipment and consistency in testing and data analysis across various command laboratories.
