Easement Change Detection NRCS

Amendment 0001 issued to 12314426Q0307 for the following:
1) Respond to questions received 
2) Add 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting clause
3) Revise Price Schedule

The Contractor shall design, maintain, and operate an automated geospatial data processing system that supports nationwide monitoring of all NRCS conservation easements. The system shall analyze satellite, aerial, and other remotely sensed datasets; perform preprocessing; and ensure alignment with NRCS quality standards.

All questions shall be received, in writing, to mary.woodin@usda.gov no later than 11am ET on September 16, 2026.
