Planet Ranch Conservation Area HVAC Replacement

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Basin, Multi-Species Conservation Program (MSCP), has a requirement to replace two existing HVAC systems on two bunk houses at Planet Ranch Conservation Area (PRCA). PRCA is located in a remote area outside of Parker, Arizona along the Bill Williams River. Access to the site is via an unpaved, sometimes primitive road that may be affected by weather and local conditions.
