E-Z Pass Transponders BPA

The E-Z Pass Transponders Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in support of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) is awarded to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) with a ceiling of $50,000.00 over five years beginning on May 23, 2025.  This is a sole-source award on the basis of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source, and the signed Justification & Approval is attached.
