E-6B Sealant Removal and Replacement

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Airborne Strategic Command, Control and Communications Program Office (PMA-271), intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Performance Aircraft Systems, Inc. (PASI), 600 E Dallas Road #500, Grapevine, Texas 76051, on an other than full and open basis, for the sealant removal, primer and reapplication of EF-5992 sealant on the fuel cells and surfaces on nine (9) E-6B aircraft.
