E-2D Precision Approach Landing Capability (PALC) A-Kit Manufacture and Delivery

The Naval Air systems command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland intends to negotiate an award a sole source contract for the manufacturing, delivery, and support of the Precision Approach Landing Capability (PALC) AN/APN-246 A-Kits for the entire E-2D fleet, including all initial spares.  The A-Kit will consist of: (1) antenna(s); (2) harness; (3) mounting tray; (4) power on switch; and (5) accessories. This A-Kit design is currently being developed under a separate, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) contract. This manufacturing project shall not last longer than the existing NRE contract.
