Duchesne Office Mechanical room Renovation - Urgent

This project includes renovating the mechanical room specified in specifications anddrawings. Work includes the repair of the damaged floor and subfloor and theinstallation of new laminate flooring, the installation and plumbing of a new mop sinkand replumbing the existing water heater TPR valve water line and the furnacecondensate water line to the existing grey water drain line within the crawl space.  The project is located at the Duchesne District Office, 85 West Main St. in Duchesne.Utah.
