The Library of Congress (Library) is a federal agency that houses the world’s largest library collections and employs more than 3,000 people. Because of the value of the collections and the sensitive information and systems the staff may have access to, the Library must continuously update its personnel security policies. The Library requires contractor support to perform and administer confidential multi-functional drug testing services as part of this effort.

Amendment 0001 updates the POC, clarifies the Place of performance and provides Questions and Answers.
