The Old Guard desires to purchase Ceremonial Blue Service Caps for military personnel assigned to ceremonial units performing various duties. : The contractor shall furnish Army Dress Service Caps for military personnel assigned to ceremonial burial honors for soldiers and veterans in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Purchase Description (PD). This requirement includes caps for male and female enlisted personnel, company grade officers, and field grade officers.
