On or about 14 October 2025, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for “Fort Randall Draft Tube Bulkhead Seals Replacement”. The solicitation will close on or about 29 October 2025. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business. Project Description: The purpose of this project is to supply the seals on the legacy eight (8) draft tube bulkheads at Fort Randall Dam.
