CALL FOR SOLUTIONS. This Call for Solutions is the first call under the DRAFT CSO – U.S. Army Aviation Training, formerly “DRAFT CSO – Flight School Next”, W9113M-25-S-C006. This requirement is the future of the Initial Entry Rotary Wing (IERW) Training Program at Fort Rucker, Alabama, known as Flight School Next (FSN).
