DPS Engineering Services Notice of Sole Source to Lockheed Martin

The Naval undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee purchase order to Lockheed Martin on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). Lockheed Martin is the only known source that can provide the DPS services in the attached Statement of Work. Plase see attached Sole Source Justification
