The required service is the replacement of in-ground fiber optics cable on Douthit Gunnery Range on Fort Riley Kansas. This service includes the digging of trenches to reach the fiber optic cable, the removal of the old fiber optic cable, the installation of new fiber optic cable to replace the old fiber optics, and the backfilling of the excavated area.
