Dorm Washer and Dryers FY25

The contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, hardware, and labor to supply, deliver, install commercial grade washers & dryers in the common areas for 5 dorm buildings.  Additionally the contractor is to remove and dispose of the existing washer and dryers that are currently located within the buildings noted herein.    
 
Buildings 122/123/130 - 4 washers and 4 dryers (24 units total)
Building 210 - 5 washers and 5 dryers (10 units total)
Building 211 - 5 washers and 6 dryers (11 units total)
